Public links let people use a NizamOS form without signing in. When one shows an error, the message usually tells you what changed. Find the message below.

"This link isn't available" — the join link was disabled, or a new link was generated and replaced it. Open the program, check Public join link on the Overview tab, enable it if needed, and share the current link. See Share a public join link for a program.

  • "This link isn't available" — registration was turned Off for that session. Turn on Free or Paid again on the session page.
  • "Online payment for this session isn't set up right now." — the session is paid, but your payment provider isn't ready, or a Zeffy session has no Zeffy form. Check Organization settings → Payments and the session's Session registration section. See Take payment for a session registration.
  • Remember that each session has its own link. A link for last week's session doesn't register people for this week's.
  • "Registration hasn't opened yet" — the link's Opens time is in the future.
  • "Registration is closed" — the Closes time has passed, the Submission limit was reached, or Registration open is off for that academic year, or the year is inactive.
  • "This link isn't available" — the link was made inactive.

Change these in Madrasa settings → Registration Links and Academic Years. See Madrasa registration links and applications.

Speaker invitation#

"This invitation is no longer available" — it was already answered, withdrawn, or has expired. Create a new invitation. See Assign or invite a guest speaker.

Facility booking page#

  • "No facilities are open for booking" — no active facility has Available for public rental requests ticked.
  • "This booking link has moved" — an old booking address was used. Copy the current link from Bookings. See Public booking page and booking approvals.

For any public form#

  • "Too many submissions from this connection recently." — NizamOS limits repeated submissions to stop spam. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • "We couldn't reach NizamOS. Check your connection and try again" — the visitor's connection dropped. On the program join and session registration forms, what they typed is kept, so they can simply try again.
  • Most forms need at least an email address or a phone number.
