Notification-only use

NizamOS SMS may be used only for expected operational and transactional communication, including registration confirmations, program reminders, event updates, schedule changes, facility booking notifications, and important mosque or community announcements.

NizamOS does not offer SMS for marketing or promotional campaigns, unsolicited messages, spam, purchased or rented contact lists, or third-party advertising.

Consent and sender responsibilities

The sending organization must collect and document valid recipient permission before sending SMS, identify itself accurately, keep contact information current, and follow applicable law and carrier requirements. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.

Message frequency varies according to the programs, bookings, events, and notifications a recipient has requested. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

When SMS is enabled, recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. A recipient may also contact the sending organization directly. After an opt-out, the organization must stop further SMS to that recipient unless the recipient later provides new consent. A final confirmation message may be sent to confirm the opt-out.

Mobile privacy

Mobile numbers, message content, consent and opt-out records, and delivery information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to messaging and infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver messages, prevent abuse, comply with law, and operate the service.
