Madrasa
Madrasa administration, without the paperwork
From the first registration to the monthly fee, weekend and evening schools run inside NizamOS — the same mosque management software Canadian centres use for programs, volunteers and the prayer hall screen.
What Madrasa covers
From online enrolment to parent and teacher portals, in the same system as the rest of the mosque.
Enrolment
Online registration links, families and student records, including bulk import from a spreadsheet.
Classes and teachers
Levels, classes, locations and teacher assignments for each academic year.
Attendance
Daily student attendance and teacher attendance, kept with each class.
Fees
Fee plans and monthly fees, with Zeffy online payments matched to the right family.
Parent portal
Parents see their children, fees and announcements in one place.
Teacher portal and progress
Teachers take attendance and track progress for their own classes.
Why it sits inside NizamOS
- Weekend and evening schools run in the same system as people, programs and Mosque TV — not a separate product.
- Announcements can reach the Madrasa parent portal and the prayer hall screen from one place.
- Included on Core and Complete plans; see pricing for storage and email allowances.
