Set up your organization with the setup wizard
Walk through the eight setup steps NizamOS shows right after you create your organization, and what each one does.

Right after you create your organization, NizamOS opens a short setup wizard called Set up followed by your organization's name. Only an Organization Admin or Super Admin can use it. Your progress is saved after each step, so you can stop and come back.
The steps#
- Organization (required) — your organization or mosque name, website, general email and general phone.
- Location (required) — street address, city, province or state, postal or ZIP code and country of your mosque or main location.
- Primary contact (required) — who NizamOS should contact about your account. Your own details are filled in for you; change them if someone else should be the contact. A secondary contact is optional.
- Branding — upload your logo (JPEG, PNG or WebP). It shows in the sidebar, the organization chooser and on Mosque TV.
- Terminology — keep the default words or use your own, for example "Halaqa" instead of "Program". See Organization details, logo, timezone and terminology.
- Payments — connect Stripe or Zeffy so you can take online payments. Online payments are part of the Core plan; on Free, this step tells you to skip it for now. See Choose your payment provider (Stripe or Zeffy).
- Mosque TV — choose Set up Mosque TV now to go to the Mosque TV page, or Skip for now. Nothing appears on a screen until you turn Mosque TV on there. See Set up Mosque TV for the first time.
- NizamOS Support Access — choose whether NizamOS Support may help you directly inside your organization. Only a Super Admin can grant it. See Grant NizamOS Support Access.
When every step is done or skipped, choose Finish. NizamOS shows Your NizamOS workspace is ready with your current plan. Choose Continue with Free, or pick a paid plan to upgrade.
Good to know#
- Steps 4 to 8 can be skipped with Skip for now or Not now. You can finish any of them later from Settings.
- You can't finish until the Organization, Location and Primary contact steps are complete. If you try, NizamOS says "Please complete the Organization, Location and Contact steps before finishing."
- Until setup is finished, your dashboard shows a Finish setting up your organization link that brings you back to the wizard.
- No payment is needed to continue on the Free plan.
