Create your organization

NizamOS is invitation-only. There is no public sign-up form: NizamOS sends you an organization setup invitation, and you use it to create your organization yourself.

Get an invitation#

1. Go to https://nizamos.ca and choose Book a demo.
2. Tell us a little about your mosque or Islamic centre. The NizamOS team replies by email to find a time, walks you through NizamOS, and then sends your setup invitation.

Accept the invitation#

1. Open the setup invitation link in the email. It only works for the email address it was sent to.
2. If you are not signed in, NizamOS asks you to sign in. The first time, choose Email me a link to set up my password, open that email, choose Continue to password setup, and pick a password of at least 8 characters.
3. If your invitation needs one, enter the 6-digit setup code NizamOS gave you and choose Verify & continue.
4. On Create your organization, fill in the fields described below.
5. Choose Create organization. You become the organization's first Super Admin and go straight to the setup wizard. See Set up your organization with the setup wizard.

The Create your organization form#

• Organization name — you can change this later.
• Organization URL — the web address of your workspace, made of lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens (3 to 63 characters). NizamOS suggests one from your name and checks that it is available. The URL can't be changed later.
• Timezone — NizamOS tries to detect it. Pick the place where your mosque is.
• First name and Last name — shown only if NizamOS doesn't have your name yet.

Good to know#

• Every new organization starts on the Free plan. You can upgrade at any time. See NizamOS plans and pricing.
• An invitation is personal. If a colleague also needs access, invite them from inside NizamOS after your organization exists. See Give someone sign-in access.

Troubleshooting#

• "This organization setup invitation belongs to a different NizamOS account." You are signed in with another email address. Choose Sign out, then sign in with the address the invitation was sent to.
• "This invitation has expired" or "This invitation is no longer active." Contact NizamOS for a new invitation.
• "Too many incorrect attempts" or "This setup code has expired." Contact NizamOS for a new setup code.
• "That URL is reserved" or "Already taken." Choose a different organization URL, or use the suggestion shown under the field.
• "No setup invitation found." Sign out and sign in with the email address your invitation was sent to.
