Grant NizamOS Support Access
Allow NizamOS Support to help you directly inside your organization, see when it was used, and revoke it at any time.
On this page
NizamOS Support Access lets the NizamOS Support team open your organization when you ask for technical help. It is off until a Super Admin turns it on, and it stays on until you revoke it.
What Support can and can't do#
- NizamOS Support signs in with its own account, so anything it does is recorded under NizamOS Support, never under your name.
- It can look at and fix settings and records the way an administrator can.
- It can never change your administrators or their roles, and it is never a Super Admin.
- It can't change your plan, payment details or purchases in Plan & Billing. Only your own administrators can.
Grant access#
- Sign in as a Super Admin.
- Open Organization settings → Support.
- Choose Grant Support Access.
The status changes to Enabled with "NizamOS Support can open this organization." You can also grant it during the setup wizard's NizamOS Support Access step.
Revoke access#
- Open Organization settings → Support.
- Choose Revoke Access, then Revoke access to confirm.
Any Organization Admin or Super Admin can revoke it. You can grant it again later.
See when Support was used#
The Recent activity list on the Support page shows when access was granted or revoked, by whom, and each time NizamOS Support signed in.
Good to know#
- Only a Super Admin can grant access. Other admins see "Only a Super Admin can grant support access."
- While Support is working in your organization, it can't change the Support setting itself.
Still have a question?
