Create a program and add members
Add a new program with its division, meeting time and Program Lead, then add members from your People directory.
Organization Admins and Division Leads can create and edit programs. A Division Lead can create programs in their own division. The program's Program Lead can add and remove members.
Create a program#
- In NizamOS, open Programs.
- Select Add Program.
- Enter the Name, and choose the Division the program belongs to.
- Add a Description if you like.
- Choose the Meeting day and Meeting time, and enter a Location if it has one.
- Choose the Program Lead from your active People.
- Leave Status as Active, then select Add Program.
The program now appears in the Programs list. Select its name to open it.
Add members#
- Open the program and go to the Members tab.
- Select Add Member.
- Search for people and tick one or more of them.
- Select Add selected.
Only people already in your People directory can be added here. To let people join on their own, use the public join link.
Remove a member#
On the Members tab, select Remove next to the person. Their past attendance stays in the program's history. The current Program Lead can't be removed this way. Choose a different Program Lead first.
Edit or archive a program#
- To edit, open Programs and select the pencil icon next to the program.
- To archive, open the program and use Archive in the Cleanup section of the Overview tab. Archiving takes it off active lists and keeps its history. Select Restore to bring it back.
- Only Super Admins can delete a program permanently, and only when it has no members, sessions or attendance history.
Good to know#
- A program needs a name, an active division, a meeting day, a meeting time and a Program Lead.
- The Program Lead is added to the program's members automatically.
