Sign in and switch organizations

Everyone signs in to NizamOS at https://app.nizamos.ca with their email address and password. You can only sign in once your organization has invited you. There is no public sign-up.

Sign in#

1. Go to https://app.nizamos.ca.
2. Enter your Email address and Password, then choose Sign in.
3. If you belong to one organization, NizamOS opens it straight away. If you belong to more than one, choose one on Choose an organization.

First time signing in? Use the invitation email your administrator sent you. See Give someone sign-in access for what the invitation looks like, or Reset your password if you need a new link.

The organization chooser#

Choose an organization lists every organization your account belongs to. Next to each name it shows how you can enter it:

• Staff — the main NizamOS workspace (dashboard, people, committees and so on).
• Teacher — the Madrasa teacher portal.
• Parent — the Madrasa parent portal.

Switch to another organization#

1. Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone, open the menu first).
2. Choose Switch to followed by the organization's name.

Each organization is completely separate. Your role in one organization says nothing about your role in another. For example, you can be an administrator in one and a regular member in another.

Sign out#

Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Sign out.

Troubleshooting#

• "The email or password you entered is incorrect." Check the address, or use Forgot password? to set a new password.
• "No organization access." Your account isn't connected to any organization yet. Ask your organization's administrator to grant you access.
• "Internal access unavailable." You belong to the organization, but not to anything in its main workspace, such as a role, a program, a committee or volunteering. Ask an administrator to check your access.
• "This account is currently disabled." Contact your organization's administrator.
