Change, upgrade or cancel your plan

Organization settings → Plan & Billing shows your NizamOS plan, what you're using, and the options to change it. This is what NizamOS charges your organization, not payments your members make to you. Organization Admins and Super Admins can open it.

Upgrade from Free#

1. Open Organization settings → Plan & Billing.
2. Under Plans, choose Upgrade to Core or Upgrade to Complete.
3. Stripe opens. Enter your card details and confirm.
4. Back in NizamOS, the page says your subscription is being confirmed and updates within a minute.

Switch between Core and Complete#

Choose Switch to Core or Switch to Complete. Stripe shows any prorated amount before you agree. Moving from Complete to Core keeps your facilities and bookings, paused, until you upgrade again.

Cancel and move to Free#

1. On the Free plan card, choose Cancel and move to Free. If you have SMS services, NizamOS first explains what stops with your plan; choose Continue to cancel on Stripe, or Keep my plan.
2. Stripe opens so you can confirm the cancellation.
3. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. The page shows Cancellation scheduled and the end date. You can renew in Manage billing before then.

Nothing is deleted. Features above your plan are paused and come back as they were when you upgrade. If you have an SMS package or texting number, they stop renewing too.

Card, invoices and receipts#

Choose Manage billing to open Stripe, where you can update your card and see invoices and receipts.

If a payment fails#

The page shows Payment failed with a date. Choose Update payment method before that date (14 days after the failed payment) to keep your plan. After that, your organization moves to Free until billing is restored. Nothing is deleted.

Usage and extra emails#

Under Usage you'll see file storage used, Mosque TV slides switched on, and NizamOS emails used this month. NizamOS warns you at 80%, 90% and 100%.

If you run out of emails, buy more under Buy more email: +5,000 emails for $5, +12,000 for $10 or +25,000 for $20 (CAD). Extra emails can be used until the end of the month you bought them, then expire.

Good to know#

• If the page says "Online billing isn't open yet", contact NizamOS to change your plan.
• NizamOS Support can view this page but can't change plans, payment details or purchases.
• When all of a month's emails are used, new reminders and alerts aren't sent by email until you add more or the month resets. Replies to people's own requests still go out.
